Linens Return

When linen orders leave Connie Duglin Specialty Linens (CDL), each box is weighed using UPS Worldship. That weight is recorded in our system as the outbound weight.

Linens are to be returned using the black duffle bag(s) supplied to you with each shipment. Each bag is supplied with a pre-printed label which identifies the applicable event ID pertaining to the shipped linens.

Upon receiving these bags at CDL, the label is scanned using the UPS TrackPad system which records the inbound weight to our system.

These two weights (outbound v. inbound) are compared. If a shortage (under weight) results you will be billed for that variance with a Missing Items Invoice. The total charge will be this variance times a rate assigned to the grade of linens per original order.

Since these bags/labels are being scanned, please DO NOT hand-write an event ID on the label as it cannot be scanned by the system.

If a label is damaged, missing or you need an extra bag/label, please call CDL’s Returns Department at (877) 675-4636 ext 106 to request a new bag and/or label for a specific event ID.
